The Rapid Response (RR) methodology toolkit
The Rapid Response (RR) methodology toolkit includes a number of well-established approaches and instruments for conducting process and systems evaluation of HIS use and adoption.
Each selected method is described with examples that demonstrate how it can be applied in successive phases of a study. For efficiency, the RR methodology toolkit promotes the use of Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycles throughout each phase of the evaluation. For example, the Know the Users PDSA section demonstrates how PDSA Cycles may be used in the second phase of the RR methodology.
